great location for city exploration

convenient location daily housekeeping free water

the subway station was nearby (city hall station is quite central). i found many restaurants in the area. daily housekeeping kept the room tidy and also provided free water each day.

The tv colors seemed off and i couldn't adjust the settings. Watching movies was difficult.

very functional and modern rooms

public transportation airport bus helpful staff korean dishes

the location offered convenient access to public transportation and restaurants. the airport bus stop was only a five-minute walk away from the hotel. the staff was efficient and helpful. the breakfast included a mixture of korean and european dishes.

the bed mattress made noise and felt too springy. i found it difficult to relax during my sleep. the light switching system seemed overly complicated. i would have preferred simpler switches for ease of use, especially when needing to turn on the bathroom light during the night.

Excellent Stay in Prime Location

simple check-in breakfast options super clean rooms

The hotel had a super simple check-in and check-out via machine. there was staff available. I found a good breakfast with plenty of options each morning. The housekeeping team kept the rooms spotlessly clean. Charging ports were available. I really recommend this hotel.

I found the bed uncomfortable. The light switching system was difficult to use, particularly in the bathroom during the night.

A WOWPASS machine was available for easy currency exchange. The hotel provided two room keys. I liked that the air conditioning can remain on when leaving the room. There was also a touch panel to manage room cleaning preferences, also in Japanese.

The room offered enough space for two people to open their suitcases. I found the shower water pressure to be adequate and comfortable. There was even a small gift of snacks in the room upon my arrival. It was a nice touch.

The hotel is located near the City Hall subway station. This provided convenient access to transportation. I liked the proximity to Namdaemun Market. Two 7/11 stores were nearby. Many restaurants are within easy walking distance.

drinking water microwave facility

I enjoyed the microwave facility in the room for late-night snacks. The hotel also provided lots of drinking water, very useful (especially after exploring!).

The light switching system felt too complex. Simple switches would have been much easier to use, particularly at night.

Excellent Location and Helpful Staff!

convenient location easy access friendly staff

I found the location REALLY convenient, within a short walk of Metro lines 1 and 2. This offered easy access to various areas and the airport. I also found many bus routes only a few minutes away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and cozy.

I noticed one slight issue, the sink leaked. Water collected on the bathroom floor as a result.

The amenities included breakfast, a coffee shop, a fitness center and self-service laundry. The hotel lobby contained a money exchange dispenser, very convenient. I found these features sufficient for my needs.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Myeongdong Walking Street. It also provided easy access to the underground shopping mall. The mall offers direct access to the Lotte Mall, a GREAT benefit.
