crowded buffet lack of daylight

the breakfast buffet was far too crowded. i tried to go at different times, but it was always packed and i couldn't find a table. also, our room faced the corridor, so we couldn't open the curtains. it meant we had no natural light, pretty annoying.

Convenient Hotel Near University

I found that Hongik University metro station is just a short walk away. Exit five is closest. The hotel is located in a mall. This provides many shops. I found staff very helpful and professional. Breakfast was much better than I anticipated, it offered many options.

I noted that during peak hours, the elevators were very busy. I waited a long time just to get one. This happened frequently , so I allowed extra time for travel to and from my room.

Wonderful Stay Near Subway!

I found the hotel to be quite convenient with its proximity to the subway station. The staff were very friendly and ensured bottled water was available throughout my stay. Securing my luggage before check-in was easy, so I could explore without any hassle. The staff also gave me great recommendations for nearby restaurants.

The price was rather high considering how thin the walls are. I could hear noises from other rooms and the hallway which disrupted my sleep. Cleaning noises starting at 7 AM also sounded like hammering.

The hotel is right next to the train station, so getting around was easy. There is also a Daiso store just five minutes away for budget shopping. This location is fantastic for exploring the area.

rude staff poor service

The buffet staff downstairs was rude. I asked her to close the blinds as the sun was too bright! and she just walked away without letting me finish. She eventually closed the blinds with one press of a button. I found this quite annoying. It's a disgrace to customer service.
