Really good Service and Prime Location

The location allowed easy access to local attractions. Many places were within walking distance. The staff was helpful, and always willing to assist with directions and recommendations. I especially appreciated the comfortable bedding that ensured restful nights. I also valued the free lockers available for storing luggage both before check-in and after checkout.

The wash basin inside the room felt a little unconventional. I found the placement slightly odd, as it occupied space in the entrance hall rather than being integrated into a separate bathroom area, something to keep in mind.

i liked the location. it was near metro station and bus stops. i could easily walk to Gyeongbokgung palace. the hotel room was nice and clean. i found washing machines and dryers available for my use.

the check-in happened strictly at 3pm. there was a fee if i wanted it earlier. it was only one hour before.

this hotel offers a fantastic location near several tourist spots. access to the Anguk subway station is simple, and an airport limousine bus stop is close. reaching Myeongdong and Ikseodong did not take long.

the location was acceptable and offered easy access to nearby restaurants.

the room i stayed in was disappointing. the noise from outside was very noticeable, and the temple chanting went on for hours. plus, the advertised ac was only in the lobby, not in the rooms, so it was uncomfortably hot during my entire stay.

The hotel's location is great. It sits atop a retail space and faces Jogyesa temple in the Insadong area. Many eateries, cafes and souvenir shops are nearby. The self-service locker room was appreciated. I could store luggage securely before check-in.

My room was dirty. The bathtub had hair on the side despite housekeeping cleaning. The area behind the sink was also dirty and never cleaned. I had to carry luggage up and down many times (the staff was unfortunately not helpful).
