Central Location and Clean Rooms

The location is central with great access to shopping and dining. The room was clean and well-kept with necessary amenities. I appreciated the guest laundry on the fourth floor, complete with a washer and dryer. Breakfast on the 21st floor offered amazing views and a nice variety of options.

The room temperature was centrally controlled and difficult to adjust. This led to some discomfort during the night because it was warmer than preferred.

Disappointing experience. Central location, but many issues

faulty air conditioning leaking bathtub

The hotel's location was central and convenient for exploring. It was close to everything.

The room was very warm, and the air conditioning didn't seem to work at all. I called the front desk, but they only offered a fan. the bathroom was also poorly lit, and the bathtub leaked water onto the floor when i showered. it was a potential slip hazard.
