My wedding at this venue was nice, and I must commend the team. From our first meeting, I felt confident in their ability to handle everything. The team demonstrated really good professionalism and attentiveness. They were great too ensure every detail was perfect so I could relax and enjoy the occasion.

I noticed that the bathroom fan made some noise. It was audible enough that it bothered the guest in the next room slightly.

The family meal i had was amazing. I appreciated the option to choose from European and Indian cuisine, as it catered to everyone's tastes. Sandy, our waiter, was very attentive and even took the kids to pick their desserts (a good touch!).

The room i stayed in felt very tired. One bedside cabinet was at the end of the bed, and i had to move it. The light in the room had no bulb in it, inconvenient.

the reception staff were friendly and very helpful. the restaurant waitress seemed happy. the hotel may be rated three stars, but the staff act as if it is a five-star hotel.

i noticed the bedroom door required effort to open and close, and the key lock seemed unreliable.

the pre-theatre menu offered really great options and the portion sizes worked well! the staff were friendly and helpful, they definitely. i really appreciated that the mocktails tasted so lovely too.

The vent system from the kitchen was right outside my window. I noticed some noise.

The staff members were attentive. I particularly appreciated the complimentary poppadoms with chutneys. They were a good treat upon arrival. The Sunday roast was AMAZING!!!

The bedroom door was slightly difficult to open and close.
