The Spectator Hotel has 41 rooms with an art deco design by Jenny Keenan. Room options include Traditional Double Queen, Traditional King, Deluxe King, Deluxe King Balconette, Deluxe King Courtyard, Deluxe Suite, Premier Balcony Suite, and Grand Suite. Features include Southern Lady mattresses, Harris pillows, Deep Steep bath products, Nespresso machines, and 55-inch televisions. Some suites have a private balcony overlooking State or Linguard Street. Bathrooms have heated towel racks and white Carrera marble vanities.

Cocktails and Bites

The Bar at The Spectator serves craft cocktails, classic drinks, beer, and wine. The bar offers light bar food bites. A gourmet continental breakfast, sourced locally, is delivered to guest rooms. A limited in-room dining menu from The Bar is available from 3 PM to 9 PM. The butler team can pick up food from local restaurants within a two-block radius and deliver it to guest rooms.

Leisure Facilities

Guests have access to a fitness studio at the French Quarter Inn, located a 1-minute walk away. The studio has two Peloton bikes, an elliptical, a treadmill, and free weights. The Spectator Hotel is near Waterfront Park, known for its Pineapple Fountain and fishing pier.
