Select suites known as Charleston Flats are corner units and feature hardwood floors, living rooms with leather wingback chairs, dining areas, and glass-enclosed bath suites. Grand King rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows, custom upholstered sofas, and local art. ADA rooms provide wheelchair-accessible bathroom entry, roll-in showers, and grab bars.
