The Dewberry Charleston has 153 guest rooms and suites featuring custom-designed Stickley armoires. The armoires showcase a botanical pattern created by artist Becca Barnet. Bathrooms feature Danby, Vermont marble. Rooms include imported Irish mattresses, chef-curated minibars, clothing steamers, and flat-screen TVs. Select suites known as Charleston Flats are corner units and feature hardwood floors, living rooms with leather wingback chairs, dining areas, and glass-enclosed bath suites. Grand King rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows, custom upholstered sofas, and local art. ADA rooms provide wheelchair-accessible bathroom entry, roll-in showers, and grab bars.

The Dewberry Charleston provides dining options, including The Living Room and Citrus Club. Henrietta's embodies a timeless way of life in the south and boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that flood in natural sunlight, as well as a lush patio overlooking Marion Square.
