The Sanctuary Hotel At Kiawah Island provides 255 guestrooms and suites. Accommodations feature a king-size bed or two queen-size beds with Frette Italian linen and Matelasse bed covers. Cribs and connecting rooms are available upon request. Bathrooms include Penhaligon's Quercus bath products, robes, a marble walk-in shower, dual vanity, private water closet, and a deep soaking tub, plus a hair dryer. Every room contains a balcony. The Ocean Front Suite has French Doors that access a private balcony providing views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Some suites feature a mini-bar, Nespresso coffee machine, convenience refrigerator, desk, iron, and ironing board. Entertainment includes a 55-inch television with Chromecast. Garden View Suites feature marble floors, a powder room, a wet bar, an elegant seating area with a sleeper sofa, a dining area for four people, and a balcony overlooking grand oak trees and maritime forest. The Charleston Suite has a 256 square-foot balcony with ocean views. The Governor's Suite has a dining area that seats eight guests and a balcony with views of Turtle Point Golf Course.

Cafés and eateries offer a range of culinary options rooted in coastal Carolina traditions. The Nest Market | Café offers gourmet sandwiches and salads, plus breakfast, lunch, and dinner specials. A butler's pantry accommodates private dining in the Presidential Suite and Governor's Suite.
