Old Edwards Inn and Spa provides rooms in the Historic Inn building, Satulah and Spa Suites, Hickory Cottage rooms, Whiteside and Blue Valley Cottage rooms, Terrace on Main, Oak Street Terrace, and Hutchinson House. Select rooms feature terraces and rooftop views of Highlands. The Hickory rooms are in an Old-English style cottage near the Hickory Pool and fitness center. Four Hickory rooms can be reserved as a four-bedroom cottage with a shared common area and outdoor fireplace. Residences provide access to amenities, including fitness center, heated pools, Jacuzzis, and golf at Old Edwards Club and GlenCove. Room types include Historic Deluxe Rooms with king-size beds and heated marble bathroom floors; Historic Porch Rooms with queen beds and covered balconies; and Historic Luxury Suites with king beds, fireplaces, and seating areas. Spa Suites offer unlimited access to spa amenities. Falls Cottages surround an amenities terrace with a seasonal heated mineral pool, whirlpool, and a freestanding fireplace. Hutchinson House is a four-bedroom farmhouse with nature walks and gardens. Terrace on Main is a three-bedroom condominium with modern kitchen. Lodge Deluxe King Rooms, Lodge One Bedroom Suites with king-size beds and private screened-in porches, and Lodge Two Bedroom Suites with king beds and ensuite bathrooms are available.

Old Edwards Inn and Spa offers multiple dining experiences. Madison's Restaurant serves farm-fresh fare. The Wine Garden features a bar with craft cocktails, wines, and beer, plus a large-screen TV. Four65 Woodfire Bistro + Bar offers wood-fired pizzas and salads. The Grill Room at Old Edwards Club overlooks the golf course. Hummingbird Lounge offers light fare and live music on weekends. GlenCove has a family-friendly 12-hole, par-three walking course. Live music is available at venues year-round. The promenade transforms into an ice rink in winter.
