the staff offered a warm welcome. the location proved excellent. i found the view from my room really awesome.. i enjoyed it very much.
i found the noise i could hear from the other rooms very loud. i could hear word for word the programme being watched by someone on their phone in the bathroom next to ours. this made it hard to have a restful night.

Really good Stay with Thoughtful Touches

The room was immaculate with a fantastic sea view. The hosts were amazing. I appreciated the fresh milk in the fridge and biscuits as a welcome. The stick of rock and the binoculars in the room were a well-thought-out extra touch. I shall certainly return.
I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. I could hear the programme being watched on a phone in the bathroom next door. This continued past midnight and disturbed my sleep.

The promised 'king room' was a major letdown. It was TINY!!! i could hear EVERYTHING through the walls, and i mean everything. sleep was impossible.

i had a fantastic sea view room with comfortable armchairs. i spotted dolphins with the binoculars the hotel provided. the hospitality tray included fresh milk and a wine cooler. alison was friendly and gave us useful tips on local restaurants.
the tv had only a limited number of channels.

the room overlooked the sea and binoculars were provided. a bottle of milk was in the fridge. breakfast was excellent. the hotel is just minutes drive into the town or a 30 mins walk. easy access to the road system going in either direction. the room was large and well equipped with toiletries, tea, coffee and biscuits.
the room was not ready for us. we had a cot booked beforehand, yet it only came after check in. it had no linen, so we couldn't use it. the room was freezing. nearest grocery (lidl, m&s) is about 20' walk uphill, restaurants only in the town (40' walk)

The room offered a fridge, a real treat , allowing me to keep drinks cold. I found convenient onsite parking which eased my travel. The staff provided assistance throughout my stay, always courteous and quick to address any concerns. The fluffy towels provided after a shower were especially luxurious.
Soundproofing between rooms was not perfect. Noise from neighboring guests was noticeable at times.
