faulty key card late night disturbance

The key card machine was faulty. I had to request assistance to enter my room each time. children were running around the corridors late into the night. despite the presence of people drinking in the restaurant area past midnight, staff seemed unable to address it. the breakfast was very poor, especially considering the high price paid for the night.

friendly staff well-designed room ample parking thin walls corridor smell faulty machine

the staff was very friendly and helpful . i found the room to be well designed and comfortable. i also appreciated the ample parking available at the premises.

the walls seemed quite thin i could overhear conversations easily. i noticed a slight bad smell in the corridors it was not present in the room itself. the key card machine was not working so i needed assistance to enter my room at times.

the staff provided great assistance throughout my visit. they were always ready to help with directions and information. i also found snacks and drinks available for purchase . plenty of parking spaces made coming and going easy.

i noticed some marks on bed linen though it was washed.

polite receptionist helpful staff

adam, who greeted me at reception, was good. he was very polite and helpful. he carried my suitcase up two flights of stairs, a real credit to the hotel. special thanks to chris at the reception for providing food upon my late arrival. he was kind, helpful.

my room was near the staircase and it was noisy throughout the night with people moving their suitcases up and down at all hours. the sound insulation could be better. it was a minor inconvenience.
