exciting activities creative enthusiasm new adventure

the hotel visit were totally fantastic! there were so much exciting activities for everyone! my kids loved spending time with boris, kenia, kenneth, abi, caro and dj beto, they made our vacation one of the best. each team member showed a lot creativity and enthusiasm, it ensured every day seemed like a new adventure.

my room was great but i smell a little mold, and the shower water has a sulfur smell. the mini fridge had pop but no water or beer. i found the bed too rock hard.

my superior room garden view included a comfortable bed and great air conditioning. the bathroom were very clean and had a good supply of towels, but was a little small. a minibar restocked daily with water and sodas were available.

Solid Choice for a Relaxing Vacation

beach access multiple restaurants excellent service

The location near the beach offers quick access to the ocean. I especially liked the multiple on-site restaurants. The Italian restaurant stood out with its great food. Staff members like Pedro ensured excellent service. He was very attentive. The variety of activities, both during the day and at night, kept things interesting.

The beds were firmer than i prefered. It affected my sleep quality negatively. i hope they consider upgrading mattresses.

The hotel is close to the beach, a very short walk that i could easily make. Its location is also near 5th Avenue, so i found it easy to take a walk and buy souvenirs! The peaceful area adds value.

The resort includes multiple water bottle stations with filtered water. I found this very useful and convenient. The pool area is clean. It offers a great place to relax during the day. I enjoyed the bar that stayed open until late at night.

problematic air conditioning rock hard beds

the restaurant locations were convenient.

the air conditioning was problematic. i tried adjusting the temperature, but it only blew colder air. turning it off completely was the only solution. the beds were also uncomfortably hard.
