excellent service picky eater excellent food ground floor room jungle setting damp room

i found the staff very nice. david, the drink and food manager, provided excellent service and made sure i was well taken care of. the buffet had excellent food and options for picky eaters.

the room had a few issues. i guess the jungle setting makes ground floor rooms very dark. the room also felt damp. i think this room should not be offered to guests.
