the customer service was amazing from the start. the bed was very comfortable and the room was perfect for what i needed (it was really cozy).
i did not like having to pay up front upon arrival and for everything else as ordered. there was no facility to put things on the room. also, the bathroom ensuite had mould very evident in the shower.

the breakfast was very good. it offered a good choice of items. there was plenty of parking available at the hotel. the decoration was tasteful.
on sunday, food service stopped early at 18:00. bar last orders were at 19:30. i found no signal, and the wifi code was in the closed bar.

the staff was helpful.
the bathroom showed mould in the shower. there was also no one on the premises overnight, i felt unsafe. there was no breakfast before 8:00 am, i missed it twice because of early starts.

comfortable bedmould smell
The bed was indeed very comfortable.
There was a strong smell of mould in the bathroom (I couldn't believe it!). This was disappointing and impacted the overall quality of the room.
