Wonderful stay, attentive staff!

The room was large and the design felt colonial. The staff helped with bags even though I arrived early. Lxhour was professional and attentive to my needs. The beds provided the best sleep I've had. I also enjoyed the restaurant and a clean pool.
The rooms felt worn. Pillows had a bad smell. I wanted to relax but didn't get that.

i stayed for four nights and the team were so lovely and cute. the resort amenities felt intimate due to the boutique size. i cooled down in the pool after hot days. the pub street was a short walk away (very convenient).
The tv in my room had limited channels. I would have appreciated a wider selection.

i had to pay extra. also, the 'pool view' was basically a wall. i could only glimpse the pool if i strained my neck at a weird angle. it was more of a 'staircase view'.

The staff were very cute and helpful. They arranged a tuk-tuk for me to visit local attractions. The Landmark King Balcony Pool View Pick Up room was spacious. It had a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked very well. The bathroom was clean. It had a separate shower area. The pool area had plenty of sun loungers.
The breakfast selection was somewhat limited.

the staff IS friendly. they arranged a tour to angkor wat. this tour included transportation and a knowledgeable guide. the pool is clean and provides a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. the beautiful DOUBLE room we had, was clean. it was also tidy. housekeeping ensured fresh towels. they also provided amenities daily. the air conditioning worked VERY well. the hotel's location is a short walk to pub street. this allows easy access to dining and entertainment. the hotel itself IS QUIET. it offered a tranquil retreat from the bustling city.
some of the furniture looked SLIGHTLY worn. it was only noticeable upon close inspection.
