worn furniture slow wi-fi
The room felt smaller than expected. the rooftop access was nice, but the furniture up there looked worn. i saw some stains on the carpet in the hallway. the ice machine on my floor was out of order. That was annoying. the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.

Convenient stay near the Arena
friendly staff convenient location door umbrellas remodeled rooms
I found the staff at the front desk very friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick, and the location allowed walking distance to the Climate Pledge Arena. The umbrellas were a nice touch near the front door. I did appreciate them! The rooms were newly remodeled since my previous visit. This was great.
One of the female desk workers seemed abrupt, and I didn't find her friendly.

The front desk staff provided helpful directions to the nearest CVS and urgent care center. They offered immediate assistance with computer searches, very much appreciated. I think they are a group of caring people.

rooftop view helpful staff soft beds tight parking
the rooftop view was nice. the staff was helpful and arranged a shuttle from the airport for me.
the beds were too soft for my liking and seemed to sag a bit. i also found the parking to be stressful due to the tight spaces.

surprisingly charmed
friendly staff rooftop seating area cardio machines
the front desk staff was friendly. the rooftop seating area offers amazing views of the city, its a great spot for a meal. the gym have cardio machines such as treadmills and elliptical trainers. it also have a recumbent bike and dumbbells.
the elevators were slow. waiting times were long. it was sometimes a challenge.

slow elevators malfunctioning key
the room was fine and clean.
The elevators were slow, i waited a very long time each time. my room key stopped working. I had to get it redone multiple times. this was quite irritating, as i had to go back down to the lobby repeatedly.
