The bedroom features a king- or two queen-size pillow top beds, adorned with down pillows, Egyptian sateen linens, and 350 thread count duvets. Some rooms offer Atrium or Exterior views. Nines Suite features three 55 "HDTVs, including a king bed with in-footboard TV and a TV in the bathroom mirror.

Departure Restaurant offers modern Asian cuisine with city, mountain, and Willamette river views. Signature dishes include grilled kushiyaki selections, kobe meatballs, and maguro karai honey sushi rolls. Urban Farmer Restaurant offers beef options including grass-fed Oregon beef and corn-fed beef. The wine list includes nearly 200 varietals from Oregon, Washington, and California. The Pantry offers an intimate setting with steel and reclaimed timber, as well as shelves stacked with pickled fruits and vegetables. The Nines Living room features a setting in which guests can enjoy small bites and cocktails provided by Urban Farmer.
