the location is good for moving around. major attractions are easy to reach by walking. complimentary coffee was available for the guests.
the air conditioner was noisy. i had to choose between a stuffy room or a noisy ac. the bathroom was dimly lit and had an unpleasant odor. i was not sure where it came from.

The staff was very friendly and customer oriented. the room had a mini kitchen with a fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker. This helped me to manage meals easily (i really liked that).

i found the location allows easy access to iconic attractions. pike place market is a short walk away. the staff offered directions and recommendations for restaurants. they also stored my bags until check-in was available.
the neighborhood is fine, though i noticed a number of homeless individuals nearby!
