the top floor ocean view was gorgeous! super tidy and organized. the space was also used so well. the location being across the street from pier shopping and ferry rides was a plus!

The lack of parking was difficult and expensive. I hate self check in and all the hi tech.

location is right next to waterfront. it's walkable to pike place market and the aquarium. the hotel is near lots of coffee, shops and restaurants! great access to ballfields too!

the hotel location is great! it allowed easy access to the ferry and pike place. the area felt safe to walk around, especially at night. the cleanliness of the hotel impressed me.

The room was quite small. It felt cramped for two people. operating the room's features with the ipad was challenging for me. there were limited non-alcoholic options at the canteen, WHich i found inconvenient.

the check-in kiosk offered a quick process. a staff member provided assistance and was helpful. every bar staff member changed gloves when giving me ice. i asked three times and they changed their gloves each time.
