dirty sand pool repairs

The beach was a letdown. I mean rocks everywhere and sand, not really clean you know. The food wasn't exactly what I'd call five-star either. Supposedly five restaurants but all the same old food. Elevator broken and the pool? Definitely needing some love.

I appreciated the room size. It had ample space and good layout. The multiple restaurants provided good variety, with some open late. The reef was very excellent, especially for snorkeling. It featured clear water and abundant fish.

clean ground spacious room amazing reef

the grounds are very clean. a well maintained design exist there. the rooms was spacious. it provided all needed amenities for relaxation. i especially liked the reef for snorkeling. it was right in front of the hotel. the marine life was amazing.

Some staff seems rude. I felt it was impossible to relax.

I found two huge swimming pools. There was direct access to a private beach. I noticed many restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisines.

available staff excellent food

the staff was always available. mr hanna, he checked in to see if anything was needed. i enjoyed the food options. the restaurants offered a variety of choices and the quality was excellent.

The air conditioning in my room was loud. It sounded like a jet taking off. the wifi was also unreliable. these issues impacted the overall experience.
