clean groundspacious roomamazing reef

the grounds are very clean. a well maintained design exist there. the rooms was spacious. it provided all needed amenities for relaxation. i especially liked the reef for snorkeling. it was right in front of the hotel. the marine life was amazing.

Some staff seems rude. I felt it was impossible to relax.

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean. I had access to the other hotels in the resort. That was great if I wanted a change of scene or a different lunch spot. I found the hotel to be very well maintained overall.

The air conditioning in my room was loud. It sounded like a jet taking off. the wifi was also unreliable. these issues impacted the overall experience.
