the staff was friendly and helpful.

the tv system in the room wasn't working, a real letdown after a long day. also, the lack of a hot food option for breakfast was disappointing. i expected more variety.

My room was quite clean and modern. The location is central. I could easily access everything (it was great). The staff was very friendly.

I was disappointed the room TV system did not work. There was no warm food option. I was expecting a cooked breakfast, but the continental breakfast was quite nice (though).

basic facilities, some issues

no phone poor bathroom design

the location was pretty good, it was easy to walk to many places.

the room lacked a phone so contacting reception was impossible. i also thought the bathroom design was quite poor, it didn't seem to match the effort in other parts of the hotel. there was hardly any space to put toiletries.

great location fresh towels friendly staff poor soundproofing uncomfortable pillows cramped breakfast area

the location was great to see the city. my room included fresh towels and a clean bed. staff were friendly. the bar had a good selection of drinks.

the room lacked soundproofing i could hear street noises all night. the pillows were uncomfortable, i didn't sleep well. breakfast area felt cramped. i expected parking facilities, it was not available.
