mediocre stay, SOME issues

stained bedsheets dirty pool

the location was acceptable, being close to SOME attractions.

I found blood on the sheets one night. They moved us at midnight, but it was a HUGE inconvenience. also, the pool area is tiny, and i saw BUGS floating in the dirty water. the treadmills in the gym did not WORK.

fresh drink late check out lovely staff

All staff was lovely. They welcome you with a fresh drink and sweets. Staff offered a late check out. This was very appreciated since the hot weather makes a shower a must before going to the airport.

The pool area felt tiny for a hotel of this size. Only a few beds available.

It is central to everything. I could reach train street quite easily. The hotel is within walking distance of Hoan Kiem lake. This area is ideal for exploring the old quarter.

easy access safe stay super clean rooms lovely lobby

the location provided easy access to restaurants and shops. the staff members ensured my stay was both comfortable and safe. super clean rooms offered a quiet atmosphere for restful nights. i found the lobby room to be quite lovely.

the gym bike's foot strap was not working.

decent stay overall

good location helpful staff uninviting area poor maintenance

the location was very good. the staff were helpful, and the breakfast and restaurant service was fantastic. i appreciated their assistance.

the pool was open, but it was barely usable. the area did not look inviting. i also found that there was no space around the pool to relax outside the water. i noticed the bathroom wasn't very well maintained. the cleanliness was just okay, not great.
