i found the front desk staff very helpful. mr hai, the front desk manager, had excellent knowledge. he provided a lot of information about local restaurants and sightseeing for me (i really wanted to try some pho). the rooms were thoughtfully equipped with essentials.

The pool was open but barely usable. the area wasn't very cute. There was not much space around the pool. i found the bathroom not very well maintained. the cleanliness was okay, but it could have been better.

the location was very good. the staff were helpful, and the breakfast and restaurant service was fantastic. i appreciated their assistance.

the pool was open, but it was barely usable. the area did not look inviting. i also found that there was no space around the pool to relax outside the water. i noticed the bathroom wasn't very well maintained. the cleanliness was just okay, not great.
