adequate stay
efficient check-in reception staff poor toiletries ac temperature
the breakfast provided a great selection I particularly enjoyed the european dishes on offer the reception staff were efficient at check-in and passport processing they promptly addressed all our questions. sainur komal and ankita at the reception assisted our group effectively.
my room lacked temperature control for the ac i also found the toiletries to be of poor quality the service levels did not align with what i expect from a five-star hotel.

Really good Service and Facilities
gym equipment breakfast service excellent hospitality delicious menu
The gym had a variety of equipment. I noted treadmills and stationary bikes. Breakfast service was excellent. Amjad and Biduut provided great hospitality. The in-room dining menu featured delicious options.
Painting happened on the facade. There were works.

clean gym breakfast spread facade painting sound issue
The gym was very clean and well-kept. I found the equipment to be in excellent condition. Breakfast service was quite crowded. the breakfast spread was excellent and had many options.
There was some painting happening on the façade. It caused a minor inconvenience. Rooms are not soundproof. I could hear noise from the hallway at times.
