large room nice bathtub fresh fruit selection

The king room was large and well-kept. the bathroom had a very nice bathtub and separate shower. the breakfast buffet offered a large variety of options. I especially liked the fresh fruit selection.

faulty ac shredded film

the breakfast was good with a big variety of options available.

my room's ac didn't work well for several days and the hotel offered me a fan. mirrors in the room had some shredded film, which i found to be quite poor. seminar guests loitered around the hotel drunk and some were underdressed, it did detract from the experience.

faulty air conditioning unruly guests

The banquet team was supportive during office conferences THIS year. I appreciate the assistance from Mr Abhijit and Mr Premananda.

My room's AC wasn't cooling properly . They offered a fan. It felt absurd to use a fan in a supposed 5-star hotel. Some seminar guests were DRUNK and loitered around in their undergarments (I was shocked!). The hotel seems to prioritize large bookings, but it lacks the resources to give in-house guests a comfortable stay.

The hotel location was acceptable.

The front desk staff seemed undertrained. They were slow and not particularly helpful when I needed assistance. My room was not properly cleaned one day. I found hairs in the bathroom and the bed was not made well. The minibar was not restocked promptly, even after I requested it.

the front desk staff seemed indifferent i found no warmth or hospitality there i also had an issue with an umbrella i borrowed i received a stern reminder to return it promptly or face a penalty the breakfast service was not great some staff were more interested in chatting than attending to guests the room carpet was dusty it was it had not been cleaned for a while

i found the breakfast had great variety. the hotel seemed pretty large with good sized rooms. i also thought the staff provided good service. the location worked, being in salt lake, so i found easy access to things.
