a sweet respite
perfect luxury warming experience beauty of interiors helpful staff
i adored the perfect luxury. i was really taken by the beauty of the interiors. some of the staff were helpful. the way they greeted us created such a warming experience. everything sparkled!
the experience had a minor hiccup, the minibar restock took longer than anticipated, a small inconvenience

the room included a king-sized bed with luxurious linens. there was also a spacious bathroom with a separate rainfall shower and a soaking tub. complimentary toiletries were replenished daily. soft bathrobes and slippers were available.

Breakfast included a wide selection of options, from fresh fruit to hot dishes. There were multiple live cooking stations creating customized meals. the main dining room had ample seating, and the staff ensured prompt service. i did enjoy the variety!

The hotel boasted a large outdoor pool with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. the fitness center included treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. a full-service spa provided massages, facials, and other rejuvenating treatments. I loved it!

polite staff efficient check-in healthy options beetroot chilla
i found the hotel quite excellent. the staff was very courteous. i recall pritha assisted me with check-in efficiently. the breakfast included healthy options and chef ranvijay even shared a beetroot chilla recipe.
The lounge was not so amazing. I felt the food and drink options were limited during certain hours.

the towers exclusive guest room had one queen bed. the room features adequate space and all the necessary amenities. this setup allowed for a comfortable, relaxed stay. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere.

the darjeeling lounge offered bengali cuisine for lunch. chef sukanya presented every dish well. captain sunanda and hostess payal offered excellent hospitality. i savored every bite of the meal.

separate sinks rainfall shower good food
my room was a towers exclusive guest room with twin beds. the room included separate sinks and a rainfall shower. breakfast offered many choices and the food was good.
the check-in process took a long time because of the rush.

Check-in and check-out processes were well managed. The food was very excellent. Staff responsiveness to help was exceeded.

I stayed in Towers Exclusive Guest room 2 Twin or Single Beds. The room offered ample space. The air conditioning worked well and kept the space really cool. The housekeeping staff, Krishna, was diligent. The room was very well maintained.
The check-in process was slow. There was a queue. The receptionist was dealing with people who arrived out of order. There was some confusion at checkout with charges. It took some time to resolve.
