The staff provided excellent service. I particularly appreciated the prompt assistance from housekeeping. the room was well kept. It had comfortable furniture and a working air conditioner. breakfast offered many choices, i could always find something i liked. i found the on-site thai restaurant convenient and the food was good.

the hotel's location in a busy area meant some street noise at times! though the windows did a decent job of blocking it.

the breakfast buffet wasn't great. i felt the selection was limited and could have been better for a hotel of this caliber. also, the service in the breakfast area seemed slow. it took a while to get coffee and for someone to clear the table.

the breakfast included food i had never tasted, it was yummy. the thai restaurant impressed me, its food was delicious. even the laundry service exceeded my expectations. my guides told me we were in a perfect part of town, so i enjoyed several walks in parks nearby.

staff greetings upon check-in were superb. one staff member checked in on me when i became ill and helped obtain a physician. he brought roses to my room to cheer me up. the service was amazing.
