i found the staff friendly and helpful (zander and martha were especially great). the food was really good, and i appreciated the spotlessly clean condition of the inn. the breakfast offered a full scottish option, a definite plus.
The room i stayed in showed some signs of wear and tear. The decor could benefit from a refurbishment. the lining of the curtains had a tear, a bit noticeable. it's a detail that could use some attention.

the restaurant featured delicious food and a cozy pub. staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i found free parking on the premises. the location near the ferry terminal was definitely convenient for my travel plans.
the room décor seemed somewhat dated and could benefit from refurbishment. i noticed some wear and tear that affected the overall impression. however, these were minor issues and did not significantly impact my stay.

I was a little disappointed . Our room's carpet seemed quite old. I also noticed some dirt on the walls. It definitely needs some refurbishment. The price didn't quite match the room's condition.
