Suites and Amenities
The Grandview at Las Vegas offers suites with a flat-screen TV and a kitchen. Each air-conditioned suite includes a private bathroom. Suites feature a full kitchen with a stove/oven, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave convection oven, drip coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Every suite includes a separate dining-living room, a king-size bed, a queen-size sofa bed, a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, and a safe. Bathrooms feature either a jetted tub or an oversized soaking tub in the master bedroom and a walk-in shower.
Dining
Scotty Beans Char Broiler & Gift Shop serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It also offers groceries, sundries, and Las Vegas-themed gifts. Guests can also use the barbeque grills located throughout the property.
Leisure Facilities
The Grandview at Las Vegas features five heated swimming pools and five hot tubs. There is an activities pool for children located at the Rosemary building. The hotel provides a 9-hole mini-golf putting course and an arcade/game room. A fitness center is located behind the Sage building. The main pool between the Primrose and Sage buildings is closed for water feature installation and renovation enhancements. Pool areas include a pathway from gate to lift, a pathway from gate to spa, and restrooms at all four pool areas.

McCarran International Airport is 15 km away. The Monorail - Flamingo/ Caesar's Palace is a 20-minute ride from the property. From the airport, follow signs to 215 west and take the Las Vegas Boulevard exit. From US 95 Northbound, exit on 215 west (Lake Mead Drive exit) and follow to the Las Vegas Boulevard exit. From the Strip, follow Las Vegas Boulevard south past Silverado Ranch Drive.
