excellent strip experience
direct connection convenient access clear view useful utensil
i appreciated the direct connection to the miracle mile shops, this made accessing the strip very convenient. my room, located on the 37th floor, offered a clear view of the airport and marriot chateau. the king size studio included a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, plates, and utensils, i found these to be useful. requesting additional toiletries was easy.
the hgv representative called me every day. they didn't leave a message when i didn't answer, it was slightly annoying.

while i didn't eat at any of the restaurants, i did notice there was a starbucks right next to the lobby, i think. it also connected directly to shops that included many dining options.

i found the staff to be polite and prompt, and any requests i had were handled quickly. when i requested additional toiletries, i got them promptly. while there was no daily maid service, it was easy to request what i needed.

the hotel connects directly to the miracle mile shops. this gives you many shopping and dining options without going outside. there is also a pool, though i didn't use it.

excellent location silverware kitchenette jacuzzi tub close shops
i found the location excellent. i liked how close IT was to the shops. the kitchenette included real silverware. i appreciated having a jacuzzi tub.

a bar serving both beverages and food is near the pool. i had the hummus plate, and steak nachos. both items were good, and the service was very fast.

full-screen projector good soundproofing substandard room vip privileges
The rooms included a full-screen projector and soundproofing. It suited my needs, as the location was near the strip and the airport.
I booked a specific room, but I did not receive it upon arrival. Various trips to reception did not solve the issue. I was left for one night before being moved to a really substandard room. We lost our VIP privileges as a result.

Spacious Suite with Great Amenities

The suite was spacious. It included a full kitchen and a separate living room. The power blinds opened to views of the mountains, and the living room blinds doubled as a movie screen. The open HDMI made it easy to hook up a computer to stream Netflix. I found it very convenient.
The cleaning staff entered the room to clean without permission. I had placed a clear 'do not disturb' sign on the door.

The staff members were professional and very friendly. I noted their promptness when I needed something. They assisted efficiently. A cabana host named Zani was always available and polite.

There were many eateries within a short walk. I was able to find variety. A large shopping mall adjoins, and it had several restaurant choices. I found something for everyone.

The room exceeded my expectations. It had a comfortable bed. The room included a movie projector. The view was wonderful. I appreciated that the room was quiet. The pull-out sofa bed was comfortable too
