solid stay in the heart of it all
nice locationcomfy bedsperfect vibepoor attitude
this was my first visit here. the location is close to freemont street with many places to eat nearby. beds are comfy. the pool area had a nice vibe and it was ideal for me. i'd stay here again.
the front desk staff attitude was not great. they seemed more concerned with their own issues than helping customers. i did not get a discount for being military personnel.

the room included a king size bed. the room also had basic amenities such as a tv, closet, and desk. there were sufficient outlets for charging devices.

i've stayed at this location a few times now. i found it especially convenient being so close to freemont street and the food options. the beds provided comfort. the atmosphere near the pool was really relaxing too.
stairwells had some trash

the fitness center has several machines including treadmills and stationary bikes. the hotel features a pool area equipped with numerous loungers. a designated shaded section offers respite from the sun. we loved the pool but the view was amazing!

the front desk operates 24/7. i observed staff members assisting guests with directions and inquiries. housekeeping services are available upon request and provided fresh towels. the hotel provides baggage storage.

the room was quiet (I didn't hear any noise from nearby areas). ordering housekeeping services was fast through the app. more water and fresh towels arrived quickly. (this was really efficient)
the bed wasn't the best, so my back was a bit sore the next day.

the room had adequate space and included a functional desk. i found bottled water provided in the room daily. the staff was attentive, and i noted quick responses to requests. the hotel's location near freemont street provided easy access to various activities.
the ice machine on my floor looked to need maintenance.
