i booked a room for several nights. my king bed was quite comfortable, i got good sleep. the air conditioning worked very well, this kept the room at a good temperature. the shower had good water pressure!

The hotel location was excellent with freemont street just outside. entertainment throughout the day became a pleasant unexpected bonus! i also experienced super fast check-in and check-out. The staff members displayed really good friendliness. i would certainly consider returning for another stay.
during my stay, i found that housekeeping services were inconsistent. despite assurances of daily cleaning, there were days when our room was not serviced at all. fresh towels and coffee supplies were missing, causing an inconvenience.

Check-in at the front desk was quick. The staff was friendly. I received a free upgrade to a larger room. The room was very clean and spacious.
