Riverview rooms have two queen-sized beds and a sitting area. Mini Executive Rooms feature a king-size bed, new bedding, coffee makers, and hair dryers. Executive rooms offer a king-size bed, a sitting area, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and access to the Fitness Center. All rooms have digital cable television. Rooms have climate-controlled heating, refrigerators, and tea and coffee-making facilities. Upper-floor rooms are accessible by elevator.

The Riverside Resort provides a variety of dining choices. Casa Serrano Mexican restaurant is located on the second floor of the Casino West addition. The Food Court and Sidewalk Café provide additional dining options. The resort also includes a Brunch Buffet, open daily, and a Dinner Buffet. Casino West has a full-service cocktail bar and the Krispy Krunchy Chicken snack bar, open from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and until 10:00 PM Friday and Saturday.

There are two classic car exhibits, a 740-space RV Park, gift shops, a dance studio, a beauty salon, massage service, large video and game arcades, and watercraft rentals.
