adequate but Underwhelming stay

the location was okay close enough to things.

i was quite annoyed that housekeeping was so inconsistent it was like i had to beg for service daily the room was not properly cleaned even after i requested it multiple times it really put a damper on my stay.

sad marketplace early morning calls

the marketplace was pretty sad. it looked like a bomb shelter food pantry. i also had multiple calls throughout my stay, very early in the morning. they woke me up asking how my stay is and stressing about a coupon.

immaculate room front desk convenient location adult pool limited food early closure

Our room was immaculate upon arrival. The front desk provided quick service (very efficient people). The location is very convenient for exploring the area.

There was no adult pool on the premises. Food options were limited. The pool and hot tub closed early (at 6:00 p.m.).

The facilities in my Two-Bedroom Suite Sofa Bed Kitchen were comfortable. We enjoyed the leisure area around the pool.

The shower door was rusty. It was also hard to open and looked dirty. The hot tub just looked old and dirty. I was afraid to use it.

the rooms was spacious. i liked that the room includes a kitchen and also a seating area. the hotel was clean and well maintained. i thought the pool was nice and it has plenty of chairs.

the elevators are slow. i noticed that parking cost extra per day. there is not any free breakfast is provide. i didn't like that i had to pay for the internet.

Excellent Suite Experience

ample space comfortable beds friendly staff

The suite offered ample space for my family. The beds were very comfy and tidy. The suite included everything needed, like a full kitchen and laundry area. Prices at the market were high, so grocery delivery worked better. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I received an amenities pass for the pool after checkout.

The lack of an on-site restaurant was a minor inconvenience. The marketplace sold mostly processed food. The coffee provided in the room was low quality and tasteless. I wish there was a better option.

There is no on-site restaurant, but the marketplace offers snacks. The suites have full kitchens. I found that using a grocery delivery service was more cost-effective than buying from the on-site store.

The fitness center includes several machines. I noticed treadmills and bikes. The pool area has many loungers and a shaded section. The pools were amazing, especially for families. The hotel is well maintained and clean.

the suite included a functional kitchen for preparing meals. the room had both a separate bath and shower. the pool had ample sunbeds available for all guests.

the hotel is located quite far for walking.
