Really good service and clean premises

The hotel complex was clean, both inside and outside. The cleaners maintained high standards everywhere, even in the gardens. Our room was spacious, receiving attentive cleaning every day. I thank the staff for their friendliness. The chef cooked gluten-free bread each morning. I am so grateful.

The shops inside the hotel sometimes felt a bit too eager for conversation upon entering or leaving the restrooms.

The hotel grounds included many well kept gardens. These gardens offered tranquil spaces for relaxation and leisurely walks. The beach featured a large sandy area with clear water. The harbor area offered fine views.

The staff was very cute and showed extreme politeness. Staff proactively provided assistance. Customers who booked received special treatment. Every team member smiled consistently and showed great professionalism towards all guests.

The rooms were cleaned daily and provided a high level of comfort. Each room included useful amenities. All rooms were spacious and well-kept. IT WAS a welcome retreat after a day spent by the beach.

the staff were cute. they are always smiling and ready to help. the rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. i enjoyed the delicious food and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Air conditioning WASN'T working anywhere in the hotel. we were sweating all the time. the dining area in particular was warm. cold drinks were offered at room temperature with no ice available when you ask for it..
