amazing resort experience

the rooms were very clean, and i found the food to be AMAZING!!! the service was really good, with staff dedicated to their work, i especially appreciated the professionalism of the restaurant staff. i want to say thank you to ayman at reception for his hospitality, alongside samir, hani the shisha man, roma, and ahmed gamal.
the hotel's beach is not directly on the premises, i needed a tuk-tuk or a walk to reach it. only one tuk-tuk serves all hotel guests, which caused some delays. i wish the transport arrangement was more convenient.

The hotel location provides easy access to nearby facilities. getting around the city is easy due to available taxis and ride-sharing services. several markets are nearby. This allows guests to purchase necessities easily.

staff members are friendly, helpful, and professional, always ready to assist with requests. the reception team delivers superb work. housekeeping provides daily cleaning, towel changes, and sheet changes, a lifeguard is present by the pool and beach to supervise children.

I found the staff very helpful with several requests. They printed documents promptly. the proximity to the beach is a great benefit, with easy access for both adults and children. the animation team provided good entertainment throughout the day.
the gym equipment is somewhat outdated.

Solid Stay Near the Marine

I found bars and friendly staff. The food was good, and the locality near the marine was great. This spot is perfect for scuba divers. The staff listened to us and replaced disposable mini cups with reusable ones.
During my visit, the water was often cold! the hotel had no activities. Finally, the internet was unacceptable.

Breakfast and dinner offered enough variety, though nothing was particularly special. The hotel extended an invitation to the à la carte Turkish restaurant, a very nice touch. The food served was generally good, with bars nearby adding convenience.

The staff was friendly and nice. I received great service and helpful assistance from Ayman in reception. Staff members were attentive and addressed our requests by replacing disposable cups. I received an invitation to visit the Turkish restaurant, a very nice gesture.

Solid Stay near the Heart of it all

I appreciated the layout and upkeep of the resort. The staff were friendly and ready to help. Ayman from the front desk was especially helpful, and Noor. The children's slides and play area looked like fun. THE private beach had clean sand. It's great for families.
The food was plentiful, but lacked authentic taste. I also had trouble connecting to the wifi from my room, though reception helped me get online.

Staff members were constantly available and ready to help with any needs or concerns that arose. I observed staff ensuring that guests were satisfied. They actively sought feedback and addressed issues promptly. Ayman at reception provided really good service throughout my stay.

The location is very central to everything that you need or want. Supermarkets are right across from the resort. This makes getting necessities easy. The resort is close to a blue bus station and El Sasala square, so transportation is convenient.

Breakfast included a buffet. It presented a good variety of foods. The buffet had many options, even some oriental food recipes. The white feta cheese and fava beans spanish omelette were delicious. I liked those a lot.
