Wonderful Hotel Stay!

amazing teamkind staff

The reception team, including Hamdi, Mohammed, and Mohamed, provided really good assistance. They gave us a very large and clean room. The hotel has many restaurants for all the main meals. I really enjoyed the Four Corner restaurant, it had a very kind staff.

i arrived to check in and my room was not ready. check in should start at 14:00, but i had to wait a half hour. when i received the keys, the room had only one small towel and it was not clean. people on reception were rude, including the manager.

the lack of Utensils in the kitchen made it completely unusable. i expected basic cooking facilities, but there was nothing. i feel ripped off by the false advertisement.

the reception team was friendly. the room was clean and good. mahmoud gamae managed the housekeeping well and made sure everything was ok.

the location is across the road from the beach. going to the beach requires a short walk and crossing the road. the kitchen lacked utensils making it hard to use.
