The room provided an amazing sea view. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Staff members were kind and always ready to help. I was grateful for the excellent service and attention to detail.

The wifi was accessible only in the reception area and lounge, not extending to the rooms. This caused minor inconvenience.

The buffet food was varied and delicious, presenting a wide array of choices. Chefs and waiters at the restaurant were professional and friendly. Fresh tabouli salad was prepared especially for me. I was honored.

the beach is sandy and beautiful!!! i loved that the reception staff, especially hisham, were super helpful. the room cleaning was amazing. the hotel has a great location.

the wifi did not reach the rooms, a real pain. i had to go to the lobby to get any signal. also, the restaurant was very crowded, and i had to queue for a table at lunch.

the chefs were amazing!!! they were experienced, warm, and helpful. the drinks came from a good quality machine. they had soft cream ice cream at lunch and dinner. everyone in the restaurants worked hard to ensure residents had pleasure and comfort.
