The front desk staff weren't overly helpful. They just weren't interested in helping me with taxis and onward ferries. It was an okay stay but I wouldn't want to spend a week there.

loud tuk-tuk traffic bad coffee
The pool area was acceptable and provided a place to relax.
My room lacked soundproofing and the tuk-tuk traffic was very loud. I could hear neighbors as well as cleaning staff conversations in the mornings. The breakfast was also disappointing and the coffee tasted very bad.

The room was a good size and its cleanliness stood out. I liked having direct pool access from my Beautiful Double Room Pool Access. Staff was helpful and polite when I interacted with them. The hotel is very near the beach. A short walk and I was there.
The noise from the street was notable at times, especially in morning hours.

clean room direct access available sunbeds
the room was spacious and clean. i had access to the pool directly from the room, so that was great. sunbeds were available near the main pool.
