the breakfast was acceptable with a fair variety of options available
i found the bathroom quite disappointing the shower leaked considerably causing the floor to flood after each use i also noticed a strange odor in the room it seemed the cleaning agents used were attempting to mask a drainage problem furthermore the bed was too soft offering little support

the rooms size was acceptable. the bed, even not that comfortable, was large.
the bathroom was not clean. the toilet bowl had yellow stains. the shower had limescale and only a few jets worked. it was okay for a couple of nights, but i would not recommend it for a longer stay.

I found the staff to be very helpful. They provided clear instructions for special requests. The view from my room faced the pool, which I thought was quite nice. I considered my stay both great and convenient.
I found that renting a scooter directly from the hotel resulted in a technically deficient vehicle. The brakes seemed especially unreliable.

The staff at the front desk provided umbrellas when it rained. This was quite convenient. I observed the employees always maintaining a polite and friendly attitude. The hotel also facilitates motorbike rentals to explore nearby attractions.

The rooms are clean. My room included a balcony overlooking a natural landscape, offering soothing sounds of frogs and birds at night. The beds were comfortable with nice pillows, I was pleased to see that towels were replaced daily.

The hotel is near essential amenities and several dining options. I noticed a 7-Eleven store just a brief walk away. I saw that it is within walking distance of both a night market and the beach.

The breakfast had great options, including fresh omelettes made to order. I loved the variety of fruit, yogurt, and pastries available. The staff was always smiley and friendly. They offered us support whenever we needed it.
The hot water turned cold quickly during showers. I only had about two minutes of hot water each time. there were very few usable power outlets in the room. I only found one next to the bed.

I found a halal restaurant across from the hotel. Its prices were fair and the food was good. the pool offered a cool respite from the heat. the room was clean. the air conditioning worked well.
the location isn't exactly central, it requires a short walk or tuk-tuk to reach the main area though.

The staff offered good tour desk service, arranged excursions. The person at the desk was very helpful! there were shops and restaurants close by. i noted a 7/11 and atms were just around the corner.

The location was acceptable. Everything i needed was nearby.
The room had issues. The shower leaked terribly. The bathroom floor was ALWAYS wet. there were ants in the bed. DISGUSTING.
