relaxing stay with amazing views

I stayed for several nights and found the pool area amazing, mainly due to the very nice view over the bay. the staff was friendly and always happy to help (richy and hong were particularly attentive). food quality was also great. They really catered to every need.

the steep hill leading to the hotel was a bit challenging. it might be difficult for some guests to manage this hill. i wish there was some assistance with luggage from the parking area to the lobby.

The room i had included a spa bath which was a great bonus (i enjoyed it!). the space was modern with all essentials provided. it felt very private, and the housekeeping service was excellent. They kept everything super clean.

i loved the modern design when i arrived. i received a chilled pineapple juice during check-in (nice touch!). my room had a great drench shower with plenty of gels and lotions. the minibar was big enough for my own water bottles. the effective air conditioning ran even when i removed my room key.

the hotel is built on a hill, so there are many stairs.

the pool area has large beds to use plus a good turnover throughout the day. there is a let's relax spa on site offering a range of treatments. i also saw air conditioning in the fitness area, a bonus for workouts.

the hotel is within walking distance of the beach but on a hill. i appreciated the 7-eleven nearby, convenient for quick needs. the views overlook the beach.
