Amazing Stay with Great Amenities!

The rooftop pool had a fantastic view. I enjoyed the sun deck area a lot. I also found the location very central and easy to access restaurants and nightlife. The big shower in the room was a treat!
The hotel only provided one key card, and the fridge shut off when we left the room.

Excellent Stay Experience

I found the rooftop pool very well-kept, with a staff member who always remembered my order. He always had a smile and kept the area clean. The staff generally were polite and helpful . I was surprised with a birthday arrangement by my boyfriend alongside the hotel staff.
The building and lobby appear quite old, with corridors that do not completely reflect the prices charged. The photos online are misleading.

The room are spacious. The walk-in shower are huge, I loved it. My room was located on the top floor and my balcony had amazing views. The area were quiet and the balcony were ideal for having a cup of tea in sunshine.
Staff were really rude. They kept repeating my name and laughing, I found that rude. A staff member was rude and tried to take the food out of my hands at the pool, I did not like that. The TV channels menu was in Russian and could not be changed.
