surprised by the lovely amenities

beautiful hotel unexpected gesture relaxing pool

It was a REALLY beautiful hotel, and it had all the amenities I needed! The staff brought a cake to my room for my birthday, a completely unexpected gesture. The fabulous pool was very large and relaxing, and I made good use of it.

The breakfast was average and the quality didn't meet expectations for a hotel of this class.

The hotel has a NICE location very close to Ponta da Piedade. There is a good coast within walking distance from the hotel. I could easily access many points of interest.

The breakfast had many choices, though quality was inconsistent. I tried the dinner one evening and found the food delicious. The poolside bar has a good service and helpful staff.

The hotel includes an easily accessible underground garage. The gym is rather small, so you might have to wait, though it has modern equipment. There is also a spa, though maintenance could be better.

The location was good with a couple restaurants easily walkable! the broad walk into the town center is easy. A taxi back after dinner is also very easy and affordable. breakfast was nice. Coffee machines could use a separate area, though queues always formed. i had a double room sea view.

i arrived excited for a luxurious stay, but some things quickly soured the experience. the breakfast buffet felt disorganized. it was hard to find things and the coffee machines created long queues. the staff weren't particularly helpful either. i also found the room quite small and there was almost no space to hang wet clothes after a swim. the bar service seemed a bit amateurish too. the lack of space really impacted my stay, disorganized breakfast

The breakfast offered a large variety of options. The staff were always kind and attentive . The pool was very nice and relaxing.

I noticed very minor wear in some areas. It needed some light maintenance
