convenient location attentive staff amazing selection good experience
I found THE location quite convenient, with easy access to the harbor. The staff was very attentive. Every detail seemed carefully considered. Breakfast offered an amazing selection. The rooftop pool area provided a good experience.
I noticed some minor wear and tear on the furniture, nothing major though.

The staff at the front desk spoke several languages fluently. Housekeeping visited daily, and they did a thorough job. I found the concierge helpful in arranging local transportation and excursions. Their assistance was valuable.

Central Location and Great Service
central location large balcony attentive staff
The hotel has a perfect location in the city center. My room was spacious with a large balcony. Staff members were attentive. I also appreciated the welcome platter of fruits and nuts with water bottles upon arrival.

quite good stay
rooftop pool harbor breakfast variety broken air conditioning old carpet english skills
the rooftop pool was great (i enjoyed the views). the breakfast had many options and everything was fresh. the hotel is in a convenient location, near the harbor.
The air conditioning wasn't working properly. It only blew out warm air. the carpets throughout the hotel look old. many staff members did not speak english well.

the staff helped greatly. the location offered easy access. the room was always clean. valet parking was helpful with luggage.
Breakfast was good. Though not as good as previous visits.

The outdoor pool was a good size. The gym included necessary equipment. the valet service was quick. staff were mostly available and friendly. however! i noticed minor wear and tear on some public furniture.
