the staff extended warm welcomes daily. i loved the mountain and pool views from my room. there was a youtube function on the tv, that allowed me to listen to music, so romantic.
Parking was difficult. It was available across the road, not ideal.

The hotel rooms were very clean. My room included a spacious bathroom. I found two separate sinks and a rainfall shower in my room. The hotel provides good amenities.

The hotel is near the city center. It is conveniently located with many restaurants in the surrounding area. Everything is easily accessible from the hotel, made exploring very easy.

The staff was friendly. The receptionist showed me my room upon arrival. They explained all the amenities available. The staff were always smiling and asking if everything was okay (i appreciated this).

I found the location easy and central. Staff displayed a friendly attitude. I booked the hotel which was near many restaurants and shopping locations. The pools outside were very good with meal choices too.
I saw no shower after checkout. I had to use an open pool shower visible to everyone near the pool. The water was very cold, it made me a sad clam.
