I found the staff helpful and friendly. They spoke English well. The grounds were spacious. The pools had plenty of beds and parasols.

The room smelled strongly of smoke upon arrival. I am asthmatic. The hotel and rooms are quite dated. They are not modern or stylish.

The hotel provided really good service across all departments. Sabahat kept our room super clean. Her attention to detail stood out. Mualla Sinem offered invaluable guidance and support at guest services throughout the stay. We rented bikes one afternoon and rode along the beachfront.

The music was too loud at night. The sound from the outside bar made it difficult to relax on the balcony of my room. I wish they had considered guests who prefer a quieter environment in the evenings.

The pool area featured several loungers and shaded sections. I noticed the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes available for guest use.

The food was excellent. Waiter Yigit knew our drinks and provided great service, but all the staff were good. The room was fine, clean, and in good condition though the fridge never worked even after it was replaced.

The internet was awful especially in the room. It disconnected often, the speed was low, and the signal was weak, so the kids could not watch Netflix,. Bed mattresses were not the most comfortable.
