the location was good it was easy to get to shops and restaurants. the room was clean and well kept it had everything i needed. the staff were kind i felt welcome .

the breakfast was basic it could have had more variety. the internet speed was slow it made working difficult. there was some noise from the street at night it affected my sleep.

I booked a standard twin room, and it was great. The room had two separate beds, a desk. a modern bathroom. Breakfast offered many options and the rooftop pool area was awesome. The gym got several cardio machines too.

The elevator were sometimes a bit slow, i had to wait a while at peak hours.

Breakfast included a wide array of choices from fresh fruits to pastries, and hot dishes, i found something new each morning. The rooftop restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating options, providing great city views while you eat.

The staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations for nearby attractions. The cleaning service ensured a super clean room daily, i liked the attention to details. All my requests were handled quickly and professionally.

The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious.

The bathroom was very small it was hard to bathe my child there the pool water was cold too I could not use the TV because it had no internet connection the WiFi was very slow I found this frustrating.

The bed was INCREDIBLY uncomfortable. I could feel the springs. The noise from outside kept me awake (it was loud traffic). The bathroom had a very small sink, difficult to use.
