Belgrade City Hotel features 87 recently renovated rooms. Comfort Rooms are renovated and face the inner yard. Superior Rooms are spacious and have city views. Six Superior Rooms include a balcony. Suites feature a bedroom, bathroom, and lounge with a sofa bed. Economy Rooms are in the annex building. All rooms include cable TV, free Wi-Fi, a private bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, a mini-bar, air-conditioning, room service (7 AM-11 PM), a telephone, an electronic in-room safe, a desk, toiletries, and adapters. Suites include a kettle with instant coffee and tea. Superior Rooms are located in the main building with elevator access, decorated in soft and warm tones.

Belgrade City Hotel is in Savski Venac, opposite the Old Train Station and the Bus Station. It is across the former Main train station (future Museum). Knez Mihailova Street, Republic Square, National Museum, and National Theatre are one kilometer away. The Church of Saint Sava is 1.5 km away. Bus number 36 connects the new Central station and the Hotel. The A1 minibus to the airport stops in front of the hotel. The hotel is 1.3km from E-75 highway.
