the waitress was late, about 15 minutes after our agreed time. after a long wait, people who arrived later than us were served first. we decided to leave. The service was not good. i won't go back

the room included a kettle, ironing board, and hairdryer. breakfast offered plenty of choice and the food was tasty. staff members were helpful and friendly (a true pleasure). the hotel is conveniently close to local attractions.
the online menu could use a refresh, not all dishes were available.

Staff was attentive. They quickly took orders after i was seated. they were friendly and ready to assist. the overall service created a cute atmosphere throughout my stay.

The location is good. It is only a short walk into the town, where i found everything needed. i was only minutes from folly farm and a short drive from tenby. this location is suitable for exploring.

The room, a small double room, felt a little neglected. i noticed some stains on the carpet, and one of the bedside lamps didn't work. also, the promised complimentary toiletries were missing. I had to ask for them at reception. the breakfast buffet had limited options. Fresh fruit would have been appreciated. it was like corners were cut in the upkeep.

peter and his staff were great. they were always helpful. the hotel has good parking. i must praise the staff, their hospitality is excellent. they were very polite.
i noticed broken tables outside. there were broken chairs in corridors. the mattress felt a bit lumpy. i could feel springs.

The staff were happy and had an excellent manner. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Housekeeping provided a good service.
There was no hot water in the sink and bath upon my arrival only in the shower. It was fixed the night before my departure. I stayed three nights without hot water at the sink. The TV did not work when I arrived. After telling the barman, he fixed this issue.
