The 1708 House, Southampton

Room 4, on the 3rd Floor South, is a junior two-room suite with queen-sized beds, a 250 sq ft private bathroom with shower, heated towel rack, and flat-screen TVs in each room for a maximum of 3 people. Room 5, on the 1st Floor Traditional, is a 180 sq ft traditional room with a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. Room 6, on the 1st Floor Deluxe, is a large corner bedroom with a king-sized bed, tub & shower combination, and a 50" smart TV. Room 7 is a 2nd Floor Traditional room. Room 8, on the 2nd Floor Deluxe, is a 300 sq ft large, sun-drenched corner bedroom with a king-size bed, a private bath with tub and shower combination, and a 50" smart TV. Room A is a deluxe room with king bed accommodation, measuring 450 sq ft and featuring a 65" smart TV, a separate Jacuzzi tub and shower, and a balcony. Room B, on the 2nd Floor SW, offers king bed accommodation with a 50" smart TV and a tub and shower combination in its 200 sq ft space. Room C, on the 1st Floor SE, is a traditional room with a queen bed and a private bath with an octagonal custom shower. Room D, on the 1st Floor SW, is a cozy traditional room measuring 175 sq ft, featuring an antique oak queen-size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bath with shower. Cottage 10, the West Cottage, is a two-bedroom cottage with a kitchen & living room, a queen-sized bedroom, a second bedroom with twin Beds, a small outdoor front porch, a glass enclosed back porch, and a bath with tub & shower combination. Cottage 11, the East Cottage, is a two-bedroom cottage with an eat-in kitchen and living room, a queen-sized bedroom, a second bedroom with twin beds, a front porch and glass enclosed back porch, and a walk-in shower with rain shower head, plus a flat screen TV living room. Cottage 12 measures 550 sq ft and features a quaint front porch leading to an oversized living room, two queen-sized bedrooms, a bath with tub and shower combination, a mini fridge & Dining table, flat screen TVs in bedrooms, and individual control HVAC units per room.
