Rooms and Cottages
EHP Resort & Marina offers suites and cottages. The air-conditioned suite includes heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, a sitting area, a terrace, a patio, garden furniture and a flat-screen TV. Each bedroom features its own en suite bathroom with Carrara marble and a soaking tub. Two Bedroom Cottages have private decks with sofas, chairs, and a dining table. These cottages include a king bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the other, along with two full bathrooms. Premier One Bedroom Cottages are also available. Most cottages feature spacious decks.
Dining Experience
EHP Resort & Marina includes onsite restaurants. EHP's open-air private dining room, located on the second floor of Si Si, features a seasonal pre-fixe menu overlooking Three Mile Harbor. Si Si's signature dishes include Paella, Roasted Striped Bass, and Bucatini Verde with Lobster, prepared with local ingredients. Sunset Harbor overlooks Three Mile Harbor with sunset views. A menu of sushi and nigiri highlights local tuna and fresh fish. Guests can head to Amber Waves for a night of pasta making using whole wheat flour.
Leisure and Activities
EHP Resort & Marina provides a fitness center with cardio machines, weights, and Peloton bikes. Guests can also board an in-house Escalade for a private ride to ice skating in East Hampton. The marina accommodates boats from 25ft to 120ft across 58 slips and has professional dockhands on staff in season. Santa visits and photo-ops take place outside the Windmill. There is also a program featuring the music of Mozart, Thompson, and Schubert. The large private deck has views of the tennis court.

EHP Resort & Marina is located on five waterfront acres and offers views of the sunset in the Hamptons. Nearby landmarks include Louse Point Town Beach (3.5 km), Merrill Lake Sanctuary (3 km), Pollock-Krasner House and Studio (2 km), The Leiber Collection (4 km), LongHouse Reserve (4.5 km), Pollock-Krasner House and Study Center (2 km), and Damark's Market (2.5 km). Long Island MacArthur Airport is 95 km away.
